Holiday Festivities

As we approach the Holidays we are going to indulge in all the Festivities all the good foods and during this time we are not going to remember that what we eat is going to affect our skin. I am not saying don’t enjoy the festivities but we can do this and also watch what we eat . Try to eat fewer sweets and carbs try more vegetables and healthy food recipes. Sweet potatoes, Butternut squash, Kale and use natural sweeteners instead of sugar, such as Agave, Coconut Palm Sugar instead brown or white sugar
